Start beachside at SeaSalt Society for Pol Roger on the pour and $2 oysters while enjoying the tunes of our resident DJ. SeaSalt's full menu will also be available on the day. 🎶
Then head up to Melt Henley and taste your way through a selection of wines from Hey Diddle. It wouldn’t be a Wine & Pizza Party without our two delicious feature pizzas; The Prawn (prawns, green harissa, fior di latte, tomato, preserved lemon, parsley) and the El Diablo (pepperoni, passata, anchovies, olives, fennel, capers, basil. chilli) – with a perfect match with Hey Diddle wines. 🍷
At Melt, you will also be able to enjoy a free spirit tasting by Seven Seasons spirits. Melt will be shaking things up with limited-edition Seven Seasons cocktails. 🍹
Both Hey Diddle’s wine tasting and Seven Seasons spirit tasting are available to all Henley House guests on the day. Simply make a booking at your chosen venue, let a staff member know you’re keen to do a wine tasting, then make your way over to the tasting station (located at Melt Henley).
