On Sunday, July 18, we’ll be joined by the Artisans of Barossa winemakers for a three-level party across Melt Henley, SeaSalt, and West!

Artisans of the Barossa is a collection of independent, family-owned businesses, bound together through a shared commitment to protect and promote the art of small-batch Barossa winemaking.

Experience first-hand the collaboration of Chaffey Bros. Wine Co., John Duval Wines, Purple Hands Winery, Lienert Vineyards, Hobbs of Barossa Ranges, Schwarz Wine Co., and Sons of Eden as they offer a free tasting of their expressive range of unique Artisan wines.

The festivities kick off from 11:30am at SeaSalt with the Fresh Wine Party + Shuck Fest, hosted by winemakers Chaffey Bros Wine Co., Schwarz Wine Co., and Sons of Eden with live tunes by DJ Ferris from Skin Contact. Enjoy a fresh line-up of new and pre-release wines ideal for pairing with our Gazander oyster specials available by the half or dozen.

Settle in for the afternoon at Melt with wine tastings by Chaffey Bros Wine Co., Purple Hands Winery, and Lienert Vineyards while enjoying live acoustic tunes by R&B and soul power duo, Angela Tripodi and Alex Mantis. Melt’s classic range of pizza and tapas will be available as well as a four-cheese pizza special and cheese platter.

Continue the afternoon upstairs at West Rooftop Bar where the live music and wine tastings will continue from 2pm. DJ Ferris will be bringing the party upstairs; where you’ll be able to enjoy the wines of John Duval and Hobbs of Barossa Ranges alongside a selection of cocktails from West’s new Winter Warmers cocktail list.
